West Central Minnesota Housing Partnership

The West Central MN Housing Partnership (WCMHP) is a private, non-profit housing development corporation. WCMHP's organizational goal is to assist underserved communities to preserve, improve, and increase affordable housing for low-to moderate-income families and individuals. WCMHP was incorporated in 1993. The agency serves nine counties in West Central Minnesota, including Becker, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, Stevens, Traverse, and Wilkin. WCMHP administers and operates affordable housing programs and serves as a resource for affordable housing development in the region. WCMHP partners with private businesses, developers, non-profits, local governments, and other sponsors to retain and expand the communities' affordable housing stock. The agency is actively involved in the development of affordable housing throughout the region. Housing is the core business of WCMHP.
